Experienced leadership
With over two decades of experience, I have provided support to global leaders and organizations during significant transitions. My expertise lies in the realms of technology and innovation within the banking, hedge funds, and biotech pharma industries. Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse cultures, having been based in New York City, Singapore, London, and Charlotte.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). I hold my BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

LEADING AGILITY IN BIOTECH PHARMA
I successfully spearheaded a transformative journey within a pharmaceutical organization, revolutionizing their technology, clinical trial risk tooling, and Phase II drug development practices by implementing agile principles and practices. Through this endeavor, the organization experienced notable improvements in transparency, productivity, and a vibrant culture of continuous learning. I provided dedicated one-on-one and team coaching to facilitate meaningful change and elevate overall performance levels throughout the organization.
TRANSITION LEADERSHIP IN UNCERTAIN TIMES
I have successfully led enterprise-level transitions within a global financial firm, overseeing comprehensive change management initiatives that encompassed product, technology, operations, client impact, and associate impact. Despite the challenges posed by divisive, political, and economic eras, including navigating through the financial crises that began in 2007 and involved absorbing the secondary trading desks of Countrywide and the Mortgage and CDO desks of Merrill Lynch, I managed to guide the organization through these cultural challenges. These experiences have honed my skills in change management, strategic leadership, and fostering organizational cohesion in demanding and ever-evolving environments.
EMPOWERING SUCCESS
In the early stages of my career, I made a conscious effort to invest in my personal and professional development, which ultimately propelled me toward achieving my goals and finding success within my firm. Having attained the position of Senior Vice President in just seven years, I shifted my focus towards enabling, empowering, and investing in others to help them forge their own path to success. Recognizing the value of investing in others, I transitioned my focus to enable and empower those around me to achieve their own success. Over the past five years, all of my direct reports experienced significant growth and advancement. They were awarded new job titles, assumed increased responsibilities, and saw their salaries adjusted upwards by an impressive range of 50% to 100%.
